Schwechat does School II: academia nova – Dual Bachelor Studies.
Next to the 
Extra Occupational Technical Highschool for Information Technology, established already in September 2006 a new form of high education will be started in Schwechat by winter semester 2008/2009:
academia nova – Dual Bachelor Studies of Berufsakademie Nordhessen – University of Cooperative Education. The new Dual Study.
Within the so-called Dual Study – two and a half day working, at least two days studying – the study course Business Informatics will start in autumn 2008 in Schwechat, enabling the students to graduate after six semesters with a Bachelor degree. For 2009/2010 further study courses are planned.
